I thought I was going out for 6 miles at recovery pace, but evidently I don't deal well with peer pressure. 1- 8:07 warmup? (included opening the security gate)
2- 6:55 3- 6:56 4- 7:00 5 (0.6)- 6:28 5 (0.4)- 6:47 cooldown? 5 miles at 7:07 ave. The fast guy is, of course, still fast but the other two regulars are getting faster. Pretty soon I'll need a bike to keep up.
