3 mile warmup.

.37 mile, 5:50 pace, 163 bpm.

.39 mile, 5:57 pace, 170 bpm.

.40 mile, 6:03 pace, 170 bpm.

.37 mile, 5:59 pace, 170 bpm.

.38 mile, 6:03 pace, 169 bpm.

cooldown.

I didn't much feel like getting out the door today but my run went well, not that the intervals weren't painful.

I would like to run a 10k or so race this weekend but the only local one I can find that is not full says, "Women Only."  Anyone have a jog a bra I can borrow?

NICE miles and AWESOME VO2max intervals. What size jog bra do you wear? :)

Nice workout Fly. It was cooler today but that still had to be tough to keep up those paces. Great running.

Mark I have plenty...do you want pink or sea foam green?

LOL is it that love your body one?? LOL

Great job on those intervals. You nailed those ones right on. So much nicer I bet 20 degrees cooler.

Extra small with a box of Kleenex.

I like sea foam green but maybe I should go with pink to match my eyes.

And yeah Cal, those intervals weren't pleasant. The reported bpm is an average, starting at ok and ending at yuck.

I think pink is more your style :)

Looks like you nailed your interval splits. Do take pictures of you in that race, please.
