9 miles general aerobic.  7:51 ave pace.  151 bpm ave.  This was one of those runs where it just felt good.

I absolutely LOVE runs like that (makes me feel like a "runner" not a "jogger!").

Very strong.

Yeah for feeling good. That is one heck of a general aerobic pace. GREAT JOB!!!

Thanks for your tips, I am not so great at figuring these things out (plus I had to return the book to the library, I had already had it 9 weeks!!!) I am really not following the plan at all, but trying to follow the mileage suggestions as well as pacing and stuff. It is hard when someone else plans two of your runs every week.

I need someone to run with me and show me what a stride is. THAT I do not get.

Mark, since you're such a good trail runner, you should do the Triple Trail Challenge up in Park City this summer. In case you don't know, the first race is the Jupiter Peak Steeplechase(16 miles), then the Park City Half (or Full, your choice) Marathon. And Finally, the Mid-Mountain Marathon to complete the series. I'm thinking about doing it as part of my St. George training.
