Are you tapering? My miles are gonna drop way off this week. 12 ez sounds good though!

I am eager to see if all these 70 mile weeks pay off for you. I really think they will. It is now time to start backing off though isn't it?

My mid week, medium long runs have mostly been 14 or 15 miles. These 12 miles were a 20% reduction from 15. This week's total should be a max of 56 miles, 20% less than 70 miles (even less if I can't find run time on a camping weekend).

Mark, I'll give it my best shot and do what I can do. We shall see what race day brings.

How are you feeling about a BQ? I've looked at your training but not followed it close enough to really know how prepared you are.
