5miles: 32:10 Dam 2 Dam in 2009.  Master's winner.

5k: 20:00:00  19:54 in May 2010.

2008:  Ran the Slam + Boston

Ran by our duplex and on the JRP some. This heat is starting to wear on me. I like summer but I'm starting to feel ready for some cooler temps. It was 103ยบ at the Mosquito Abatement weather station during my run.  Luckily I found some sprinklers to cool off in.
