Marathon 2:46 (2014) everytime I bettered but not enough for me

Half Ironman 5:15 Bike & Run were fully hilly (2014)

Duathlon Race, Came 3rd in Elite (My rivals are both  in national team and European high performance team as well (2013)

Sub 2:40 Marathon (Leipzig 2015)

Sub 2:30 Marathon anywhere

Long-Term Running Goals:

God knows but I would like to be a world class athlete

I'm a single man living with his parents who live an unhealthy life (nutrition, sleeping habits, tv etc)

Am a dedicated, commited person who likes to inspire people.

6:20a.m. ez trail run with 727mt gain. It was so humid that I was soaked. As I always I had my 0.5lt water bottle containing water and magnesium tablet. Also filled the bottle 2nd time during my run.
