I run for county track, the Utah Project club and Mercury Track Club. Also run cross country. Also run road races usually 5K. Member of Bantam Boys National Cross Country Championship Team. Also went to Nationals in Kansas in 2007.

Goal beat 20 minutes for 5K. Goal 6 minute for a mile Run some more 10K Go to Nationals in Cross-Country again and get All-American honors (top 25)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running Run another 1/2 marathon and a marathon. Become a top runner.  Run like Pre

Personal:

Im 11 years old. I also play basketball,soccer, football and baseball. I love sports and school too

I did good this race, but I did not reach goal to break 20 minutes. I did better on this race than last years by about 25 seconds. The courses were different. To me last years course was a lot better. Thet did not give ribbons or medals out because they wanted everyone to feel particapation. I won a big bag gummy bears at the race. I like that race but there were too many sharp turns. My avereage pace was 6:58 seconds, which is OK. I hope to do better next year in this race.

good job! My daughter ran it with my mom and we saw them hand you the huge bag of gummy bears! My daughter was very jelous.

You are an awesome runner! Never stop! You have some great things ahead of you! That was a tough course to go fast on with that many people and the narrow twists and turns! Keep on blogging so we can see how good you continue to do!
