I run for county track, the Utah Project club and Mercury Track Club. Also run cross country. Also run road races usually 5K. Member of Bantam Boys National Cross Country Championship Team. Also went to Nationals in Kansas in 2007.

Goal beat 20 minutes for 5K. Goal 6 minute for a mile Run some more 10K Go to Nationals in Cross-Country again and get All-American honors (top 25)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running Run another 1/2 marathon and a marathon. Become a top runner.  Run like Pre

Im 11 years old. I also play basketball,soccer, football and baseball. I love sports and school too

Woke up at 7. Got ready for the race. I was feeling good. When we got there we signed up and then did my warm up. I did pretty good in the race. I got the time 12:39.4. I got first in my age group, getting a medal. my form was OK my dad said. He said I had my head down.  Ran afterwards cooldown with James and Cameron
