Had a race today it was hard race because it was hot. I did not like the race course because it was a long a busy street, but I end up getting my PR 21:23 which is about 35 seconds better than my best time before. I easily got first in my age group. My dad told me that this is a very good time for my age.I even beat some older kids that I have never beat before. I was 91st of 812 runners and 1st of 36 in my age group.

One of the other kids that I am racing in the cicuit races ran in a different race. I dont like how they have two circuit races on the same day.Why do they do this?

On Monday and Tuesday I did not run but I had eight hours basketball.

Alexander - congratulations on a PR. This is a very big improvement. The course is comparable to Heart of Holladay, and probably a good 40 seconds slower than Magna where you got your PR earlier.
