i had trouble running with stomach ake and allergy, but i think I did OK, last year 21:51 so I improved 43 seconds. The race is fast with alot of downhill to start. A big rv pulled off the road and got in front of me i had to run around it. i won my age group. this was my 2nd meet in a row but i have not done any training this year as i have too many other sports. Last week was baseball on most days plus i had choir concerts Maybe if i cn train I will do better and beat 20 minutes

Great job, Falcon! You just keep getting faster and faster!

By the way, as a music teacher I am really impressed that you find the time to work on musical pursuits with all the sports stuff going on. WOW!
