I run for county track, the Utah Project club and Mercury Track Club. Also run cross country. Also run road races usually 5K. Member of Bantam Boys National Cross Country Championship Team. Also went to Nationals in Kansas in 2007.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running Run another 1/2 marathon and a marathon. Become a top runner.  Run like Pre

Im 11 years old. I also play basketball,soccer, football and baseball. I love sports and school too

This is for the triathalon. It was hot. I did the shotput in 21'3", and the high jump in 4 feet and a quarter inch which also was a new bantam boy state record and then the 400 in 1:22.Together the 3events were a state bantam boy triathalon record at 477 points.

I need to run a better faster 400 meter to improve my scoring and help me run faster in other races

Congratulations on the the state record. You have a lot of natural speed.

To be able to run a good 400 or longer you need more aerobic endurance. That is developed by daily aerobic runs. I suggest you start running two miles a day at a very comfortable pace six days a week.
