3.5 miles on the treadmill because it is so FLIPPING COLD outside. I went 30 seconds faster per half mile. I started out on 12:00 pace, then at .5 of a mile, I changed to 11:30, and so on. The last mile i started at 10:00, and ended up at 9:01.
Ran a couple of miles this morning in PE, and then had Western Swing for 2 1/2 hours.
