5x1 minute repeats.  i really just wanted to see how many I could do.  it turned out okay.

i ran out to los amigos and back for a loop around campus.

2 miles, all on the track.  I actually felt really good.

this was my first four-miler in a while, and I felt okay,  I just went really slow...stopped and smelled the flowers...it was just that kind of run.

Even though I went really slow yesterday, I am a little sore from the distance.  Two miles around town with striders on the field.
