Tried a new workout today. I ran a total of 2 miles on the track, and then added a stadium on the fourth and eighth lap. I actually really liked it, and I think I will do it again on wednesday, just cuz it went so well.
I did the stadium workout again, and it was so much better. My mental state of mind was a tad more stable and I remembered to breathe, and that yes, the pain is temporary.
I ran down to west campus and then over to 400 north, and back over to my apartment. Besides the nasty smell of turkeys and their wonderfulness, it was a good run.
