Imagined last night that I set my alarm for 4:45 to make it to spin and really thought that I did.  But then I woke up at 6:45 and I really didn't.  I'm pretty sure I subconsciously did it on purpose.  Made it to the gym and warmed up for a few minutes, did a HIIT workout and then went in the spin room for an hour all by my lonesome. Good times.

Went to the gym and watched the second half of run away train movie. Watching a movie and covering up the numbers is a decent combination for TM running. I thought for sure I had at least 2 miles left and then the dang machine started it's auto cool down.  I looked and I had gone further than I was planning so I finished off the last mile.  Probably like an 8:40 AP.
