Imagined last night that I set my alarm for 4:45 to make it to spin and really thought that I did. But then I woke up at 6:45 and I really didn't. I'm pretty sure I subconsciously did it on purpose. Made it to the gym and warmed up for a few minutes, did a HIIT workout and then went in the spin room for an hour all by my lonesome. Good times. |
