7 miles on the treadmill. Snowing hard again. Wore wool sock and boots to the gym and forgot workout socks. Tried going sockless but it started to get uncomfortable so I put on the wool socks that went up mid calf, rolled them down to make it a crew and man were those hot! and totally made it look like I had chicken legs. Oh well, it helped me get through the last half of the run and it's not about the fashion, right? :0) |
