Brrrrr.. It's cold outside. Went out after work on the trail. As usual, heart was racing and legs a burnin at a slow pace. It's frustrating but I'll get past it :)
TM, slowed down and felt fine. I kept waiting for my breathing to start going erratic and my legs and shoulders to feel beyond fatigue, but it never happened?! I guess I'll just concentrate on being consistant and try not to get discouraged by my slow speed for the time being.
Drove to the gym thinking I would do another TM workout, but it was so gorgeous out I decided to do a loop outside. Perfect temp! and felt decent at the same time.
