Dang, I didn't make it out on Saturday, but the air show was pretty cool.. Life goes on. Started from Jos's today, ended in the rain. Decent jog though

At best, it sprinkled all day, then when I decide to go out it pours. It wasn't too cold though so I survived but didn't go as far as planned. ed

worked late nights this week so I didn't really get out like I wanted to- Shoot! I tried to recruit a male to go with me around 10 on Friday cause I wanted to go but was scared to go alone. That was a no go(I'm really stumped as to why). Went to the UVM to throw in a little support then went to the Provo River 10 Miler to see my mom at the finish. Then I went out for my own little run. Tired but okay. I borrowed my mom's Garmin which was probably not a good idea cause I'm gonna want one now. Started from home and made my way to the bike path taking marathon water stops on the way, that was nice. Went on the path a little ways past the mouth of the canyon and then turned around and went up 8th N. It's been awhile but I'm workin back up.

Got turned on to Daybreak Tri today so bike and swim here I come!
