I took yesterday off becuase I just felt tired. Tried a track workout today and was hoping to do better than I did but my legs just didn't want to move. I almost didn't do the last set of 400's but ended up getting through them.

1:45, 1:45, 1:45, 1:45(at least I was consistant)
1:44, 1:46, 1:47, 1:44
most of these were with a 200 jog some a little longer. Just wasn't feeling it today. Legs still feeling that race.
