AP 8:51 Didn't know exactly how to take this run. I did the hilly loop with the more flat out and back. I took the up hills pretty easy but I don't think I could have taken them much faster. First 2 were 10:00 but it felt hard. MP miles, 7:44, 7:39, 7:33, 7:31, 8:31, 7:59, 8:30, 8:28, 8:30. I don't know if the 8:30's really count as MP, included them thinking with the 7's it kinda averages out. Probably doesn't work that way. For the faster miles I was just going off feel. My legs were really beat by the end but I made it through. There really is a lot of up hill in this route(some part way up little cottonwood) so I won't feel too bad about the AP. according to McMillan my long runs should between 8:05-9:22 so seems to be ok.
