Started from Mom's again and did same route just further. By mile 10 I was wishing I had something to eat and thought I'd being slowing down. I pushed up the Grandview hill and, with Tom right on my heals, decided to keep pushing the last 2 or so miles. It was tough but it felt good :)
-- I started taking a liquid iron supplement a few weeks ago and I think it is really helping.. along with taking other supplements regularly. Every run this week has felt really good. I'm able to run faster and feel much better throughout. Exciting stuff after months of super crappy runs. |
