2 mile warm up, 10x400 w/ 200 jog. most at 6:27 pace, one at 6:21 and last one at 6:31, cool down.
hiit abs after. glad i went indoors, i dont think my lungs could have handled the outside air.
PM yoga at the running store.
Swim in the morning. Pretty intense Yoga 1 hour session at a new studio on Foothill. I like hot yoga in the winter.
AM spin followed by some TM miles.

Had to force myself to get out the door on this one. Debated saving it for tomorrow but knew I wouldn't want to do it then either. It snowed the whole run which I didn't mind except I froze.
