Who'd a thunk early to bed would produce early to rise. Trying to revamp my sleep schedule and it's proving to be harder than I thought it would be. Did get to sleep by about 1 and woke up early enough to get some 60 degree weather. Sooo much nicer in the morning, but I still have a hard time making it through. I think it's time to take up Jos's advice and get some blood work done... I know I shouldn't feel this drained. |
