AM- AP 8:26 Ran 3 miles. 48 minutes of Hiit. This was tough. Couplets with 50 sec bike sprints between each couplet. This was the longest Hiit I've done. Tough but good. 4 more miles PM- Yoga 1 hour. Felt soo good and soo needed. I pre-prepared most of my food for the week last night and this morning. Ideally, I'll do this all on Sunday but I started too late last night. I loved having everything ready for the day. Hopefully I will stay enthusiastic about this food prep process :0)
