Solid long run Eric. With runs like that, what race are you aiming for?

Crazy long run - good job!

Good job on the long run. They do get easier as you keep making them part of your training. Way to end strong, good for the mind to have a fast finish.

John, right now my next race is a Half-Marathon this next sunday. After that, I'm trying to decide if I can do my first marathon in October (but taking it easy).

Beef, many thanks !

Scott, sure hope so, since we did have a little bit of a hard time finishing. Thanks !

Okay. Now you've got me beat. I've done a marathon, but I stopped and walked a lot. 17 miles is the farthest I've gone without stopping. Wait, you stopped, too. Okay, I still got you beat.

Yup Burt, you still got me, I admit it. I found it very hard to re-start after stopping. Prefer to just keep going.

That's some serious mileage there Eric! Great job getting it done! I think you will be able to manage a marathon. Wow I didn't realize the half was creeping up so close.

Thanks April, yes, its around the corner, and I'm really anxious about it. Excited and ready for it !.
