nice kms this week! i say go for it with your run tomorrow. and stop when your body tells you it's time to stop.

great work.

I agree with Allie, go out with the intention to run but don't be afraid to jump ship if your body says "not today". You may be tired from the increased mileage. You are eating well and getting enough sleep I assume?

I run into the same problem sometimes when I bump up to the really high miles, and I'm with April and Allie: go for it. Pushing through a little fatigue is great mental training in addition to the obvious physical conditioning of running on tired legs. As long as it is all fatigue and "discomfort" as opposed to "pain," you should be good to go.

Solid running, Eric; keep it up!

You were the one who told me I was running to much too soon...and then I ended up injured. I agree with everyone else, listen to your body - I think you are quite wise.

Thanks guys, I'll go for it, as a very easy day and see how long we can go.

I am eating well (I think), sleep? well, sort of, but I do go to bed early. =)

The problem is that the mind is getting really good in playing tricks with one, the longer I go, the smarter it is into trying to stop me...

Beef, but you didn't listen to me...see? but you are coming back now, hopefully.

Teena, nothing compared to you. This is just a walk in the park compared to your mileage ! =)
