Long term...mmm...hard one, just continue running and having the luck a running races to keep on the edge, every so often.

Sounds like fun-it's great to have people to run with, even if they are slower it helps make sure you don't run too fast on your easy days... :)

Way to get the long run in. It feel s great when you start stretching out the long runs. Great to do the run with friends. It is not how fast you run the long easy ones, it is enduring them and running with others make the run so much funner.
