Long term...mmm...hard one, just continue running and having the luck a running races to keep on the edge, every so often.

Sounds like a perfect trail for training, kudos for not quitting! That's super high altitude, I'm surprised you didn't get sick! I was in Aspen, which is about 8,000 ft this winter and my breathing got hard just going up a few steps! Hope lunch is yummy!

Chris, not sure if I could do it again, so hard going up, well down too. My chest hurt because of the effort my lungs where doing trying to get some oxygen in. As soon as I download the picture I'll post some.

Lucia, not sick, but did miss the lack of oxygen. Lunch was ok, but I was really hungry and afterward just wanted to get in bed...tired.
