Ah you missed the noise though! I feel strange after a while when the kids are gone and the house is quiet--at first its cool and then it's lonely and boring. Wow you are hitting close to 10 miles a day. Soon the long runs will start and then maybe a marathon this fall? Hope your ankles start to cooperate soon--be careful with those!

Nice run, have a great week!

I am glad your girls are back, hope they had fun, and hope that you relaxed a little while they were gone!

How is the house? When is it supposed to be done?

April, thanks, I am aiming at a marathon for Oct, but won't decide until after my HM. See how we do there first. Tomorrow I think I'll drop back to 14k, give my ankles a "rest" and then see if wednesday be back to 15K, we shall see.

Kelli, thanks. They had tons of fun, but my wife and I were very busy deciding one million details for the new house...tiring... is supposed to be finished mid/end september (hopefully).

I hope your ankle get better! Ice, ice baby! You are putting in some ridiculous mileage, nice job burrero!
