Pretty soon you won't need a car. Just haul your wife and everything on your back and run everywhere.

1/10 is not too shabby! Good work, and sorry about the car. Buy a new one!

Burt, yeah, sure would be cheaper.

Kelli, no way, I payed a fortune for that car. I expect at least 5 years of good-intense use out of it.

Looks the tendons gave you a bit of a break today. I see first marathon in October? I have my eyes on the local marathon in October as well...

Same plan, eh?

My training program is oriented towards the marathon in October. Its also a local one. But only if my tendon problem is fully gone.

I am thinking the local half marathon in September, and then the full marathon in October. If I do the trail half marathon in June it will only be for fun and the experience--I will not be going full throttle. I hope your tendons let you run your races!

See? Same plan. The first sunday of September is the HM here in town. This is the best HM locally and you can even classify to the World Championship in England through this race (of course I won't try that). Then in Oct, the first Full Marathon...

Lets see what plans my tendons have for me this year...

Easy runs are my favorite part.
