I'm glad the tendon pain is so low! That's good! Nice mileage and pace today!

Always nice to have a good run! You will tame those tendons soon!

It is so interesting how there is NO pain while running. I wonder why that is? BUT I am glad it seems to be almost ALL better.

Great job on your LONG run!!!

I remember when 3 miles was my long run :)

From Eric Day on Mon, Apr 13, 2009 at 09:51:54 from 189.169.185.254

Thanks guys!

Camille, yeah, pace felt great. Even managed to put in a 4:40 min kilometer today. That would be my fastest pace so far.

Lucia, gracias! One km more every two weeks, thats the plan.

April, yes, and feels good.

Kelli, once they warm up, no-problema. The worst is in the morning getting out of bed and going down the stairs.

Mike, there seems to be some running progress, no?
