Personal Facts:

I am from Alpine, Utah.  Married Chase Palmer in 2005.  We have three little boys(Chase, Jackson, and Jayden). We are living in New York while my husband finishes graduate school.  This past year I trained for the Salt Lake City Marathon in Central Park everyday and have discovered a whole new love for running.  I love it and have a desire to see how fast I can become!

Took the first 3 at tempo pace to make sure I could finisht he workout.  Finished my last 800 at 3:00. Workout felt good and a tiny bit better than expected!  First speed workout on the chips!
