Personal Facts:

I am from Alpine, Utah.  Married Chase Palmer in 2005.  We have three little boys(Chase, Jackson, and Jayden). We are living in New York while my husband finishes graduate school.  This past year I trained for the Salt Lake City Marathon in Central Park everyday and have discovered a whole new love for running.  I love it and have a desire to see how fast I can become!

6 mile speedworkout alternating 1 mile 10k pace, 1 mile  half marathon pace.  Not sure what our splits were.  I was just trying to keep up with the two girls in front of me.  Averaged out at about 6:30
