Treadmill run. It's icy outside. I warmed up two miles and then ran an abbreviated version of a workout I read about this morning. I ran eight miles. The first two miles I ran 6:45 pace, then two miles at 6:30 pace, then two miles at 6:15 pace, and finished with two miles at 6:00 pace. The full workout is four miles at each pace for a total of sixteen. I will work into it. I liked this workout. I cooled down ten minutes. I weighed myself today. I have gained three pounds since Thanksgiving. Too much Christmas food! |
