Really easy run this morning. I will spend the next few days working the soreness out of my legs. I'm not too bad. I just want to be smart and not jump right back into workouts. I have ten more weeks to stay healthy! I will probably run easy until Thursday, run a fartlek Thursday and Saturday will be my first twenty miler. I'm aiming for seventy miles this week, 75 next week, and then 2 80's before dropping for Monumental Half. I don't really need to get much faster. I just need to be able to hold a pace longer. |
