No running again. I did an "interval workout" on the elliptical . . . 2 minutes on, 2 minutes off, 10 sets. Then, I rode the stationary bike on the random setting, starting at level 5 and increasing every five minutes. 72 minutes total workout. I was reading "The Mark of Athena", but it gets a little difficult to read when I have to concentrate to get through those last few intervals. Can I just say, "I love my kindle"? |
