It was a very windy morning. I ran to Valley Park to run a 5-4-3-2-1 minute fartlek with 3-2-2-1-1- minute recoveries. My legs feel good and definitely ready to go. I have a little bit of a head cold, and I could feel it a little bit running. I've been taking Emergen-C like crazy, so I think I can get rid of it by Saturday. It's not bad enough to have a huge impact, but I definitely don't want it to get worse. 15 minute warm up. Cooldown to home. 7.13 miles. 6:53 average for entire workout.
