I must have worked hard yesterday. I felt terrible today. My ten mile run turned into a six mile run. That's okay, though. I have a 13 miler tomorrow. I read an interesting article from Running Times on longer runs. It said that physiological changes begin after an hour and twenty minutes of running. In preparation for the marathon, I will run a mid-week longer run, as well as a weekend long run. 13 is not too long, but it is about 90 minutes of running. |
