I met Devra up in Sandy for a nice rolly run. I kept telling myself, "hills will make you stronger." I notice a definite improvement over last week, but I still hate hills. By the way, Andrea, we ran the same run as you did yesterday and Devra had her garmin. It's 7.55, in case you want to get specific on your weekly mileage. I'm glad to be done with my run at 6:30 in the morning, but I think I'll probably crash around nine. |
