I am soooooo sore today. That's what happens when I start neglecting strngth work. I probably won't do any significant speedwork for a few weeks, but I do want to throw a little fast paced stuff in here and there. I ran an hour progression run, starting at 7:30 pace and finishing at 6:03 pace. I picked up every half mile. It was tough on lactic acid filled legs. Another class tomorrow! |
