After a week sitting on my butt, licking my wounds, I decided it's time to get back at it. It felt really good to be running again. I thought of all the big goals I want to achieve, and what I am going to do to achieve them. I'm excited to actually have a base fitness going into 2015. I always feel like I am starting from scratch. The trick will be reigning in my enthusiasm and drive the next few weeks. After a crappy race, you want some redemption.
