After a late afternoon workout my legs were very fatigued this morning. I tried to let my body ease into the run. It took six miles before I felt decent. I ran 2200w to 4100s, on to the river trail, off at Bullion and back via 4800S, with an extended loop to 2200w. The drizzle felt nice, but it was extremely muggy. I'm completely soaked through from my run. 7:17 average. |
