I haven't run a "longer" run in a while, so I thought I would try to get over an hour of running in today. My legs were a little sore and tired from yesterday. Who knew Zumba was such a good workout? The air was nice and fresh after some morning rain.
I ran 2200W, to 4100S, down to the river trail, and back to Millrace Park. At Millrace Park I exited and ran through the neighborhood home. I think 3 months ago this run took me about an hour. Today it took me 63:19, so about 7:30 pace. I'm definitely starting to slow down a bit. |
