Tuesdays are usually short, but today especially so. Did 3 miles to warm up and moved inside gym to do Tuesday circuits. Decided on Gambettas (with jay's mods) and did 3 x 20 front lunge with twist, 20 body squats, 40 step ups, 5 rocket jumps). Then Drew conducted 35 minutes of wonderfully excruciating core and form drills (using steps)... Flet great, but sure gonna hurt tomorrow! |
