Went on the elliptical today. Did a warm up at 4 resistance for 6 minutes or so. Then did another 45 minutes at 5 and 6 resistance. After that, did cool down stretches and did leg lifts and 3 different sets of squats. I finished up with 11 different sets of crunches at 25 reps each (total 275). Stretched again and jumped in the shower. |
