Completed P90X "Chest, Shoulders, and Arms". Tried to focus on increasing my speed again so I jogged for 2 miles on treadmill at 9:30 min/mile and then did 4x400 meters at a 8:30 min/mile pace with a 2 minute jog in between. Cooled down with a 5 minute jog. I'm starting to feel better during my speed training. I hope to increase my average pace within the next couple of weeks. |
