Completed cross-training via P90X "Shoulders, Triceps, Arms" and "Ab-ripper" workouts. In total 1 hour and 15 minutes. Scheduled some speedwork training in the evening after my kids went to bed, but my 10 month old woke up screaming (he's cutting 4 teeth at once) after I was on the treadmill for only 5 minutes. Unfortnately, I was up with him for 2 hours and was unable to run. I will try again on Wednesday evening. |
