Personal:
I am married and have two wonderful kids, 14 and 10. I've been running since 1982. I never get "basic" injuries. I always get the real nasty career threatening kind, like stress fracture of the sacrum, ganglion cyst clamping down on my peroneal nerve.
30 minutes on the Octane during lunch, 5.33 miles. Pretty good effort. Had a little pain in left leg about 12 minutes in. No pain afterward walking when I went back to work.
30 minutes easy on the Octane this morning, 4.61 miles. Had pain about 6 minutes in. Got off, stretched a little. Didn't really bother me for the rest of the workout, but now an hour later, it's like back to square one...
