Tonight ran a really tough 10 miles in 1:11:49 from the Y through Woodridge and back. A pretty "warm" 79 degrees, although the humidity was really low. Legs really really burned the first 4 miles which really surprised me because when I did the Octane during lunch today, the legs actually felt pretty good. And had a RHR of 47 this afternoon. Was hitting 7:30 pace most of the way until about 7 miles in, where I dropped down to 6:40 pace the rest of the way in. Did 30 minutes on the Octane during lunch, 5.18 miles. |
